Material Description

Use FSC (reclaimed forest) pure wood pulp manufacturing, a transparent appearance and film like paper, natural trees as raw materials, non-toxic, burning paper taste;

Certified for ISO14855 / FSC biodegradation and food transparent paper

After Process

• Because the material is made of FSC (reclaimed forest) pure wood pulp, corona treatment is not required:
• Can be directly used for gravure printing
• Laminating (common glue with strong adhesion and high definition)

Note

• As the material is made of FSC (reclaimed forest) pure wood pulp, when wood pulp paper is covered with water-based glue, it will become soft easily, and the speed should not be too slow;
• As the material is made of FSC (reclaimed forest) pure wood pulp, the material is easily affected by the environment and prone to damp. Please pay attention to the reinforcement of the remaining materials on the packaging to prevent damp;
• As the material is made of FSC (reclaimed forest) pure wood pulp, it is prone to fracture. Please pay attention to the speed tension control.

Storage Conditions

• Products should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated, temperature and relative humidity appropriate warehouse, from the heat source no less than 1m, do not stack too high storage conditions. The remaining materials should be wrapped with plastic wrap to prevent moisture absorption.
• The shelf life of the product is half a year in accordance with the storage conditions specified above.
